No.1 They were open No.2 Friendly prompt service No.3 Milkshake & flat white delicious No.4 Good food No.5 Nice Staff Lost a star due to the time it took to get our order. Drinks took 15 minutes Food 25 minutes While I understand it's the day after boxing day, service could have been more prompt. Alternatively, warn the customer that there will be a 20 - 30 minute delay. That way if they have an appointment, they can go elsewhere.

The coffee here is outstanding, boasting deep flavors that will please even the pickiest coffee enthusiasts. They've got a fantastic range of pastries, from buttery croissants to indulgent muffins. I went with the carrot cake, which is simply amazing. We did have to wait a bit for our order, but it’s no big deal since we're just passing the time. What really makes this spot special, though, is the staff. They're super friendly and welcoming, and they greet you with a smile that instantly makes you feel at home the moment you step inside.

I believe this place has changed management since I was here last- and it’s still as good, if not better. If you’re after great quality simple food, this place is hard to beat. And the long blacks are pretty good too!

Whilst walking around Brisbane looking for a spot for breakfast, came across this place, seemingly jammed with pensioners. Menu looked ok, prices very reasonable for the mall. Really enjoyed the food and service. They don't fuss over you, but were friendly and accommodating. Decor reflects the average age of the customer base, but give it a try!

A party of nine, most from west & north of Brissy, we asked if we could have a cuppa. Owner could not have been more friendly or helpful. Thank you for our drinks, tasty cakes & excellent pot of tea. Much love to the regulars who swapped tables so we could all fit in. Wishing L's Espresso & patrons a great 2025.
